June’s Invitation

Peonies,

lilacs,

fresh cream on strawberries,

pineapple coconut ice cream, 

peach-flavored ice pops, 

walking barefoot in clover, 

fireflies,

honeysuckle,

stilettos,

clutch purses,

lace,

sundresses,

a fresh start, like lemonade at sunrise.
